We will do everything we can to make sure that your goods are safe and secure when they're stored here. The whole site is enclosed and covered throughout by monitored CCTV cameras. The gate entry and exit system logs everyone as they come in and out of the facility.

Yes, but as the site isn't manned, please get in touch with us to arrange to view the units.

Yes, all storage units require their own padlock so that you, the customer, remain the sole key holder and the room remains secure. All outdoor units will require a container padlock that can be used inside a container door lockbox. We do have padlocks that we can provide so if you would like one, please let us know before your move in date.

If you lose your keys then we can arrange for the lock to be cut providing that ID matching the contract is shown. There will be a charge for this service.

As this information is security sensitive you will need to call us confirm your identity. We will then confirm the PIN entry code saved on your account.

Customers can enter the site using the main gate between the hours of 7am to 8pm. We restrict the access hours so that it's easier for the team monitoring the CCTV to identify any potential threats as quickly as possible.

Power is not provided to the storage units.

Although there are specific coatings available, these will only slow down the formation of any condensation and are not proven to eliminate it completely. As the only proven way to prevent condensation is to ensure that the area is ventilated, we have decided to use containers on site that have been fitted with at least 14 container specific air vents to allow for cross ventilation.

Yes, all units need to have their stored contents covered for the full amount that would be required to replace everything. It is there to ensure that, should anything unexpected happen, you will be fully compensated.

The minimum cover varies, depending on the size of the unit. This is stated when booking.

Unfortunately without the correct documents we won't be able to complete a storage contract for you and you won’t be able to move in.

It will be possible to drive up to some storage units but not all of them. However there is some space to park on site.

You could use a removals service, van hire, or bring it down in the car yourself. Whichever method is convenient for you.

As we do not keep keys for your storage unit, you will have to ensure that you are available to receive any deliveries.

Yes, we have the space to suit your storage needs. We can help you to keep your business running smoothly. There are no long term leases, no business rates to pay and no contract rates charged. If you need business storage please speak to one of our team to discuss your needs.

The storage rooms are ideal for storing and sorting stock as well as archiving but cannot be used to work in or run a business from. You cannot use any machinery or perform any kind of mechanical work in the storage rooms.

That’s no problem at all. Please contact us before your start date so that we can move your reservation date or cancel your booking.

You can cancel at any time by logging in to your online account.

We require 14 days notice to cancel. You will have access to your unit for one month from your last payment as long as 14 days notice is provided before the renewal date.

If a payment fails, you will be contacted to make you aware and we will continue to attempt to take payment until it is received in full.
A £20 late payment fee will be added every 7 days from the date of payment failure until the account is settled. If a discount had been added to the unpaid invoice, this will be removed.

Food or perishable goods.
Plants, birds, fish, animals or any other creatures.
Combustible, flammable, explosive or oxidising materials, liquids or gases e.g. paint, petrol, oil, cleaning solvents, gas cylinders, cellulose nitrate film, fireworks.
Firearms, weapons, ammunition, explosives or the components thereof.
Chemicals, radioactive materials, biological agents.
Pollutants, toxic or hazardous materials or contaminated goods or other materials of a potentially dangerous nature.
Any item which emits any fumes, smell or odour.
Any illegal substances, illegal items or goods illegally obtained, including counterfeit goods, illicit (smuggled/counterfeit) tobacco, illicit alcohol, unlicensed medicines, unsafe goods (including toys, electrical items, cosmetics, fireworks)
Compressed non-flammable gases without our written consent and in accordance with our specific requirements.
Any item of high value requiring specialist storage (including without limitation jewellery, money, bullion, deeds, bonds, securities, stamps, antiques, fine art or fine wines.
Tyres.
Asbestos.
Waste materials including any materials or goods for export deemed to be waste e.g. used electrical equipment (unless tested and certified for re-use), used vehicles or parts thereof.

No. We don't permit the use of storage rooms for anything other than storing items. Sleeping or attempting to live from our storage rooms is strictly prohibited and in breach of our terms and conditions of use.

Unfortunately, due to insurance complications, it won't be possible to store vehicles on site. This includes but is not limited to cars, vans, motorhomes, boats, jet skis, quad bikes, and motorbikes.

For security reasons access to our facilities is very limited and only permitted to customers who are loading and unloading into their storage areas.
